‘If a Hindu is converted to a Muslim, he becomes an enemy of the country. If everyone becomes Hindu, then the fight between two religions will end. This is to say of Mahant Acharya Mrigendra Maharaj, who converted 8 Muslims into Hindus in Swami Yashveer Ashram of Muzaffarnagar.
Mahant Acharya Mrigendra, who converted Muslim families, is considered to be the right hand of Yashveer Maharaj. From Acharya Mrigendra, we have learned the truth of that day in 7 questions. Let’s get into the incident layer by layer…
Question- 1: How did the 2 Muslim families you have brought to Hinduism reach you?
answer: People from Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Bijnor, Moradabad districts are associated with our ashram. Many times people themselves come to us with their problems. Sometimes our associates reach out to the people and get them free from their troubles. In this case the family had come to us themselves.

Question- 2: What did people say after coming to the ashram? What was the reason for changing religion?
answer: Two families had come to the ashram. There were eight people among them. He told his problem to Maharaj ji. One of the gentlemen told that we were made to convert to Muslim religion 11 years ago with the lure of marriage of house and children. But, even after all these years, they were not given the house and other things that they were promised. Due to the deteriorating financial condition of the family, he thought it right to return to Hinduism.
Question- 3: After changing religion, did those people quietly leave the ashram?
answer: All 8 people stayed in the ashram for 2 to 3 hours after purification. The entire worship took one and a half hours. After this both the families took Prasad and then went back to Meerut.
Question- 4: You are saying that they are in danger of life, who is in danger?
answer : All these people are residents of Muslim settlement and they were made Muslim by greed. He had chosen the Muslim religion willingly, but after that he was not given any help. Feeling cheated, these people have returned to Hinduism. People must have felt that this environment is not right for them. So he got purified. We cannot reveal their identity because they are currently under threat from other sections of the people.
Question 5: When did you start bringing people to Hinduism? How many people have got Hinduism till now?
answer : Yashveer Ashram Parishad was established in the year 2001. Since then we have been continuously making people aware of Sanatan Dharma. Last year on 19 July 2021, a campaign to convert people to Hinduism was started in the ashram. Till now more than 150 people have been converted from Muslim to Hindu. Most of these classes like Banjaras, Kumhars, Nats and Harijans were converted into Muslims by luring them.
On 22 November 2021, 26 Muslim people were converted to Hindu in Yashveer Ashram.
Question- 6: In how many districts the organization of the ashram is spread, how many people are associated with it?
answer : Wherever there is news of someone’s religion being changed by force or greed, then our associates spread in 6 to 7 districts immediately reach for his help. It is these people who bring them to the ashram, where they are converted into Hindus by their will. The number of people working in our organization is 20 to 25 thousand.
Question-7: Is it right to convert someone’s religion or convert him from Muslim to Hindu? How much do you support this?
answer : If a Hindu is being converted to a Muslim, then it is directly against the country. That is, that person has become anti-Hindu. Tell me, if someone is being lured to change his religion, then is it true? We do not change religion by pressurizing anyone here. People of their own free will come here to be purified. It is not a good thing to cheat someone and change his religion. I do not support this.
Gangajal was first sprinkled in the worship of one and a half hour, gave a thread in hand and purification was done.

On 26 April in Muzaffarnagar, 8 people were converted to Hinduism. In Yashveer Ashram, first, Gangajal was sprinkled on Rashida, Shaista, Barkha and Iqra, who adopted Hinduism, and then a sacred thread was placed in their hands. After one and a half hours of worship, their names were Gita, Radha, Varsha and Sheetal. After this, he was honored by wearing a religious cloak. Acharya Yashveer and Mrigendra Maharaj describe the conversion in the ashram as purification.
Gullu became Hrithik and Akbar’s name became Krish.
The name of Shahista was changed to Radha in Swami Yashveer Ashram. Barkha’s new name was Varsha. Rashida’s name is now Geeta. At the same time, Akbar has now become Krish, Iqra’s name is Sheetal, Gullu’s name is Hrithik, Ehsaan’s Sachin and Harun have now become Arun. These families have been brought back to Hinduism. Both the families were lured to Muslim religion 11 years ago.
