Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra said on Tuesday that innovation is of utmost importance in the field of modern education and it should be encouraged to adapt to the changes at the global level. The Governor said this while addressing a function organized online on the occasion of 19th Foundation Day of Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner.
He said that innovation should be encouraged by incorporating social, industrial and technological changes to make education adaptable to modern times. Mishra said girl students can excel in every field if given an opportunity as she congratulated the three girls who topped the UPSC exam, the results of which were declared recently.
He stressed on providing better environment and residential facilities to the girls so that they can make the country and the society proud. He said that education should expand the knowledge of the students as well as develop decision making and creative abilities in them.
