India vs South Africa, 1st Test: No spectators for the Centurion Test match between India and South Africa!

But before the match, the fans have got a big setback. In view of Omicron’s threat, the South African board has decided to hold the first match without spectators.

According to media reports, Cricket South Africa (CSA) has decided not to sell tickets for the first Test match in view of the increasing number of Omicron cases.

Recently, the South African government allowed 2,000 people to enter the stadium in compliance with the new Corona guidelines. But now this decision has been taken by the Cricket Board keeping in mind the safety of the players. However, this decision regarding other Test matches has not been taken yet. Future decisions will be taken only after assessing the situation.

When will test matches be played?

The first match of the three-match Test series between India and South Africa will be played at Centurion from December 26. The second match will be played in Johannesburg from January 3 and the third and final match will be played in Cape Town from January 11. ,
