India Tv Dialogue: India will respond with full force if China hurts our self-respect: Rajnath Singh

India TV SamvaadTalking about India’s relations with China, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that New Delhi does not consider Beijing as its enemy. Rajnath Singh said that if China tries to hurt our self-respect or to occupy our land, then we will respond with full force. follow all updates

Speaking in India TV’s dialogue on Modi government for 8 years in power, Rajnath Singh said in the backdrop of the current situation with China that Beijing should introspect on its actions, but it will not happen.

“Their expansionist policy is the basis for this. Ladakh standoff should have taught them a lesson. We should appreciate the effort of our armed forces. China has created infrastructure on the border. They have done it from their side… but on our side. Since, they have not done anything. If they do, we will reply,” Rajnath Singh said.

Rajnath Singh said, “India does not consider China as an enemy. If they hurt our self-respect, try to occupy our land, we will respond with full force.”

Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that Modi has a very imaginative and creative thought process.

On corruption, Rajnath Singh said that it can never be controlled in totality, but PM Modi has brought remarkable changes in the system. He said that no one can claim that anyone has completely eradicated corruption.

Praising the Prime Minister, Rajnath Singh said, ‘Only PM Modi could have taken decisions like surgical, airstrike’.

Rajnath Singh said, “It is the nature of PM Modi to take tough decisions. I always knew that Modi is the most popular leader among all of us.”
