india post gds recruitment 2023: India Post has released the job notification for 12828 Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS). Presently recruitment of BO is being done in unbanked villages. Online application form can be accessed at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. Candidates have to apply online by June 11, 2023. However, correction can be done between June 12 to 14, 2023. This recruitment drive will fill 12828 posts in the organization.
Selected candidates will be appointed as Branch Postmasters (BPMs), Assistant Branch Postmasters (ABPMs) and Dak Sevaks. The Department will publish a list of candidates selected for employment on its website and GDS Online Portal.

Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with Mathematics and English (studied as compulsory or elective subjects) conducted by any recognized Board of School Education in India by the Government of India / State Governments / Union Territories as a compulsory educational qualification All approved categories of GDS will be there. The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 40 years.

The shortlisting of candidates is based on the conversion of marks/grades/marks obtained in 10th class secondary school examination of approved boards to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals.
India Post Vacancies 2023: Here’s how to submit the application form
Step 1: Registration – Students need to click on the ‘Registration Tab’ and enter their information such as their mobile number, email address, name, father’s name, date of birth, gender etc.
Step 2: Submit Online Application – After registration, students need to enter their registration number and select circle option.
Step 3: Select Preferences – An applicant can apply for one or more vacancies of GDS in one or more selected divisions only.
Step 4: Take a printout of the application form
Applicants have to pay a fee of Rs.100/- for all the posts advertised in their preferred circle. However, all women candidates, SC/ST applicants, PWD applicants and transwomen applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.
