IND vs SL 2022: 100% crowd allowed for Pink Ball Test in Bengaluru

The second Test between India and Sri Lanka, a pink-ball game starting here on Saturday, was announced by the Karnataka State Cricket Association for the match on Thursday due to a sharp drop in COVID-19 cases and a high 100 per cent crowd for the match. One can become a witness of the full House after allowing the presence of Ticket demand.

“KSCA is pleased to inform that the India vs Sri Lanka Day-Night Test Cricket Match being played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore from March 12-16, 2022 has received an overwhelming response to the viewership.

“Given the high response numbers and since there are no further restrictions for spectators, KSCA will open the sale of tickets to the full capacity of the stadium,” KSCA treasurer Vinay Mrityunjay said in a statement.

The prices of tickets per day have been kept at Rs 1250 (Grand Terrace), Rs 750 (E-Executive), Rs 500 (D Corporate) and Rs 100 respectively.

In the first Test between India and Sri Lanka, which was also Virat Kohli’s historic 100th Test, 50 per cent crowd capacity was allowed at the PCA Stadium in Mohali.
