Australia continued their loot of runs on the second day of the World Test Championship (WTC) final against India at The Oval. Travis Head was their go-to guy with the bat and scored a brilliant century on the first day. steve smith By the end of the day’s play, he scored 95 runs while batting well. The former Australia skipper started the second day with some scintillating fours and brought up his 31st Test century.

Virat Kohli while on top in this aspect with 75 tons Joe Root And David Warner has the joint second most tons at the highest level. Both have scored 45 centuries in their international career so far.

As far as the ongoing WTC final is concerned, Australia continues to score runs in the hands of Steve Smith once again. Travis Head completed his 150 for the fourth time in his career, but Mohammad Siraj got the better of him by scoring 163. Cameron Green was also soon dismissed for a low score. Mohammed Shami, India now have a good chance to make more inroads and restrict Australia to a manageable total.
