State’s first-time voters are lucky that they have only seen the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi said
Calling youth voters “lucky”, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday told poll-bound Madhya Pradesh that those voting for the first time and other young residents of the state are fortunate that they have never seen Congress rule.
“Congress made MP a bimaaru state. State’s first-time voters are lucky that they have only seen the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Madhya Pradesh,” PM Modi said while addressing a mega congregation of BJP workers in Bhopal.
The prime minister further said, “Congress woh jang laga hua loha hai jo baarish mein rakhe rakhe khatam ho jaata hai (Congress is that rusted iron which becomes useless after staying in rain for long).”
