Sneha and Prasanna, one of the most admired couples of Kollywood recently filed a police complaint. The complaint lodged is against two businessmen, who run a cement company. The couple has accused the entrepreneurs of cheating.
According to a report in Times of India, Sneha has been duped of Rs 25 lakh by two businessmen and her private firm. Based on the advice of Prasanna’s friend Prashant, the couple invested a huge amount. He was promised an income of over Rs 1 lakh on a monthly basis in return for his investment. According to police sources, the representative of the private cement firm had allegedly promised Sneha high returns every month.
However, the couple did not receive any money as the company concerned had not paid any amount. Now for strict action against the private company and two businessmen, Sneha lodged a complaint at the Kanathur police station. According to police sources, notices have already been issued to the people named in the complaint.
In the complaint, Sneha and Prasanna said that the company cheated them. The police officials have already started the investigation process. Additionally, a summon was issued to the owners of the firm asking them to follow the procedure and appear for investigation.
Love happened on the sets of Achchamundu! Good mundu! After dating for a few years, Sneha and Prasanna tied the knot in 2012. They are parents to a one-year-old daughter Adhyatha and four-year-old son Vihaan. They currently live in a luxurious apartment on the East Coast Road in Chennai.
On the work front, Sneha’s last film was in Dhanush starrer Patta. Next time, she will play a pivotal role in Shot Boot 3 directed by Arunachalam Vaidyanathan. Prasanna was seen in Kartik Naren’s Project Agni in Netflix’s Navarsa.
