In foreign theatres, Bhimla makes way for hero Radhe Shyam. know the collection

Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati-starrer Bhimla Nayak has completed two weeks theatrically. With huge collections, Bhimla Nayak is now heading towards the staggering Rs 200 crore mark. But the film now faces stiff competition from Prabhas and Pooja Hegde-starrer Radhe Shyam, which premiered on Friday, March 10.

The first signs of this competition were seen in several foreign cinemas where Bhimla Nayak made way for Radhe Shyam. With a total collection of Rs 27.75 crore, Bhimla Nayak ended its overseas theater run. Along with this, it is also being said that its Hindi version will be released digitally only.

Meanwhile, the film was an instant hit at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana box offices. However, it soon lost its luster. The film made its theatrical debut in Telugu states with a collection of Rs 26.42 crore. It earned a total of Rs 106.90 crore.

The film earned Rs 74 lakh, Rs 1.07 crore, Rs 1.90 crore, Rs 36 lakh and Rs 27 lakh in days 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 respectively. The second weekend was a bit weak for Bhimla Nayak. After the first week, there was no significant jump in the collection of Bhimla Nayak. The film could not cash in even on the weekend.

And now it is being said that the release of Radhe Shyam will badly affect the domestic box office collection of Bhimla Nayak. It remains to be seen how Bhimla Nayak performs in the theatrical run of its third week.

Sagar K. Chandra directed Malayalam film Ayyappanam is the Telugu remake of Koshiyum, written by the late Sachi. Apart from Pawan and Rana, Nithya Menon, Samyuktha Menon, Samuthirakani, Rao Ramesh and others are a part of this film. S Thaman has composed the music for the film.
