IGNOU extends last date for fresh admission for online and ODL programs (Representational Image)
The last date to apply for certificate or semester based programs is March 14 and for all other programs the last date to apply is March 20.
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for re-registration, fresh admission to online and distance learning (ODL) programs and merit-based ODL programs for January 2023 session. Candidates can apply now till March 20 on the official website of IGNOU.
For online programs candidates have to apply through ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. Whereas, for online and ODL programs, candidates will have to apply through ignousamarth.edu.in.
Interested and eligible candidates for certificate or semester based programs can apply till March 14, 2023.
IGNOU January 2023 session: How to register
Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU, ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Last date for re-registration, online and fresh admission to ODL programmes, merit based ODL programs for January 2023 session extended up to March 20, 2023 without late fee”.
Step 3: A new page will be displayed on the screen
Step 4: New candidates have to register first and then fill the application form.
Step 5: Upload the documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Submit and download the confirmation page.
Documents required while applying for IGNOU courses include scanned photograph, signature, copy of age proof, relevant educational qualification certificate, experience certificate, category certificate (if any) and BPL certificate (if any) Are.
