India and Pakistan last played a match in the 2016 T20 World Cup in India. The Men in Blue, led by MS Dhoni, defeated the arch-rivals by 6 wickets. Since then, both the teams have been locking horns in multi-national events at foreign venues.

Only seven of these cities will host the Games in India. Meanwhile, several reports have suggested that Pakistan will play most of its games in Chennai and Bengaluru due to security reasons.
