‘I Feel I Am Playing My Best Cricket,’ Says Virat Kohli

Indian batsman Virat Kohli showed confidence in his batting before stepping out to play on the fifth day of the World Test Championship (WTC) final as he feels he is at his best across all formats of the game.

In a video released by the ICC, Virat Kohli said, ‘I feel I am playing my best cricket again in all formats of the game.’ Australia had set India a mammoth target of 444 runs to chase after batting brilliantly in both the innings. If the Indian batsmen successfully achieve this target, they will create history as it will be the biggest run chase by any team in the history of Test cricket.

India’s star batsman is fondly known as the ‘Chase Master’ for a career filled with devastating decisive innings while targeting difficult totals.

“I find it motivating to know that in every game I play for India, I get a chance to win for my team, I don’t think there is any greater motivation in sport,” he told the ICC.
