Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party Convenor Arvind Kejriwal reached Lucknow on Monday. Here he held a public meeting in Kaiserbagh for party candidates. Kejriwal said, ‘Terrorists are of two types. A terrorist intimidates the public. The second terrorist intimidates the corrupt. Kejriwal intimidates the corrupt. Kejriwal said, 7 years ago, a friend from Ghaziabad saw in his dream that he wanted to become PM by splitting the country into two pieces. You tell me, does a terrorist build a school or a hospital? Is it involved in people’s happiness and sorrow?
Calling a cyclist a terrorist is an insult to the poor
PM has called all cyclists as terrorists. This is an insult to the poor. This time the poor will show Modi who is a terrorist. All the corrupt are afraid of the name of Kejriwal. He said that for 70 years BJP and Congress have government in the country and state. Had he done any work, Kejriwal would not have been called a terrorist. Tell me, do terrorists do public service?

Kejriwal said that some parties in UP are promising free electricity. I want to tell them that it is not easy to provide 24 hours electricity and water for free. I have done this work only in Delhi, because only I have the magic of free electricity.

Kejriwal said- We have created three universities in Delhi. We have set up more than 500 Mohalla Clinics in Delhi. We have given jobs to 10 lakh children in Delhi. The budget of UP is Rs 5 lakh crore, but if no college, school, hospital, dispensary was built, then where did this money go?
