Hyderabad: Four people have been arrested in different cases of sexual abuse of minor girls in different parts of the city.
In Balapur, police arrested two persons, 19-year-old Sampagni Chandrashekhar, an auto driver and 18-year-old Bolipaka Madhu. “Chandrasekhar and Madhu befriended two minor girls and abducted them from Balapur a few days back. They took the girls to Mahbubnagar and locked them in a house, where they sexually assaulted the victims,” said Balapur police. On information, the police rescued the girls and arrested both of them.
In Hayathnagar, police arrested B Raju, a resident of Yadadri district, who had sexually assaulted a minor girl in June by taking her to a lodge on the pretext of marriage. The victim told her parents that Raju had sexually abused her several times in the past.
In Chadarghat, the police arrested a laborer Shantala Raju (20), a resident of Balapur, for sexually abusing a minor girl. The man had allegedly sexually assaulted the victim after kidnapping her. A case has been registered on the complaint of the parents of the victim.
