In Hisar, Haryana, a case has been registered against a married woman from Rajasthan. Rajwinder (fictitious name) not only witnessed the death of his sister within two years of marriage, but the things he told the police were no less hair-raising.

After a few days of marriage, the in-laws started harassing her for dowry. On 30 March 2021, Rajwinder consumed poison after getting upset with the in-laws. He was admitted to the Military Hospital in Hisar. On 2 April 2021, 3 days after Rajwinder consumed poison, his sister also committed suicide after getting upset with her in-laws. After this, Rajwinder’s father withdrew the case of his sister’s suicide after the Panchayati settlement only so that he could settle down. However, this did not happen and Rajwinder’s entire household got spoiled.

Rajwinder says that after the Panchayati agreement, she came to her in-laws’ house after trusting her husband. The husband kept her with him for some time. Then betraying him with the connivance of lawyers, taking him to Hansi court and asking him to sign the blank papers, asking for marriage registration. Then fraudulently got another woman standing in the court and got divorced. The court was told on behalf of her husband that they are not living together after 20 June 2020. Meanwhile, fake marriage registration certificate of marriage was also made from Hansi Tehsildar.

Kidnapped and gang-raped in Hisar
Rajwinder told that on January 18, 2022, her husband called her and called her to Delhi. When she reached there, her husband could not be found. His phone was also going off. Being upset, somehow reached Hisar at night. As soon as he reached there, two youths kidnapped him by intimidation and took him to Akash Hotel in Hisar. Both gang-raped her in the night. Also made porn videos of him. After this, a young man left in the morning threatening to kill him.

After this, the next day a young man took her to the beauty parlor in the morning and got all the hair cut on her head. She is clearly visible in the CCTV of Akash Hotel and that beauty parlor. After the incident, when she somehow reached her in-laws’ house, her in-laws beat her to get the land named. After that he was thrown out of the house.

Rajwinder told the police that due to this whole incident his mental balance got disturbed. She started living in the house. Husband and in-laws started throwing threatening letters at home to scare her. It was written in these letters that the land which is in the name of the niece, get it done in our name or else we will kill her entire family. Also his obscene videos will be made viral.
She was in deep shock. After a long treatment in the hospital, when her condition improved, she reached the SP of Hisar and gave a complaint.
Registered zero FIR and sent it to Hansi
Taking serious note of the atrocities on Rajwinder, Hisar SP ordered the city police to take immediate action on his complaint. The police have registered zero FIR and sent it to Hansi police for further action. On the complaint of the married woman, the police have registered a case against her husband and others under section 420/467/468/471/323/506/509/376(B)/376(D)/120B IPC.
