Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan is out on bail in the drug on cruise case. As a condition of his bail, Aryan is making his weekly attendance at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in Mumbai. He also had to submit his passport, so the 24-year-old had to stay in Mumbai till further orders of the court.
Meanwhile, news has emerged that after the arrest case, which led to him being in jail for more than three weeks, Aaryan will be counseled by life coach Arfeen Khan. Interestingly, when actor Hrithik Roshan went through a divorce with his ex-wife Sussanne Khan, Arfeen gave him advice. An ETimes report has confirmed the development.

In the detailed 14-page order, Justice Nitin Sambre of the Bombay High Court said that in view of the material brought on record by the NCB, the court has not found that prima facie, there was no positive evidence against the three accused. It may be recalled that Aryan, Munmun and Arbaaz were granted conditional bail by the High Court on October 28 under a bowing order and the detailed order was made available only now.
He further said that no medicine was found on Aryan, while the quantity recovered from Munmun and Arbaaz was ‘small’ under the NDPS Act.
