Google recently rolled out a new feature for Gmail that enables face-to-face voice and video calls inside the Gmail app. comes to convenience google chat Inside Gmail Feather iOS And Android Device. The app will now show the phone and video icons in the top right corner of each individual chat. These marks can only be used to call the other person. - Open the Gmail app on your Android or iOS device.
- In the bottom tab, go to the “Chats” tab.
- Select the person you want to call. If they’re not on the list, click “New Chat” and find them.
- On the top right corner, you will see the call and video icons right next to the name.
- Click on one of these to start your voice or video call.
