How to make Carrot, Radish and Cauliflower Mix Pickle in Winter – Learn its recipe

Ingredients for Radish, Carrot and Cauliflower Pickle

  • Cauliflower 500 grams : cut into big pieces
  • Carrot 500 grams: cut into long square pieces
    Radish 500 grams: Cut into long square pieces.
  • Green Chillies: 10 pieces cut into big slices.
  • Mustard oil: cup.
  • Asafoetida: A pinch.
  • Mustard: Make a paste of two tablespoons
  • salt to taste.
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice three tsp.
  • Water

Radish, Carrot and Cauliflower Pickle Recipe

1- First of all, put 1 teaspoon salt with water in a large pot and let it come to a boil.
2- When the water starts boiling, add chopped carrots, cauliflower and radish to it. Boil it for about 5 minutes.
3- Now turn off the gas and keep it covered in water for 10 minutes.
4- Now filter the vegetables through a sieve and take them out in a container.
5- Now spread these vegetables on a clean cloth or newspaper and keep it to dry in the sun for the whole day.
6- After drying the vegetables in the sun for a whole day, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
7- After the oil is hot, turn off the gas and let it cool down.
8- Now add salt, mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric, red chili powder, chopped green chilies and vegetables in the oil.
9- Now add lemon juice to it and fill it in a glass container and keep it in the sun for 2-3 days.
10- A mixture of radish, carrot, cauliflower and chilli is ready, you can eat it with paratha, roti or tahri.
