Honda’s compact SUV Elevate offers best safety features; Details here

Honda Elevate Features: The market for small SUVs is growing rapidly. This is the reason behind the sudden entry of so many businesses into this market. Honda has also done something similar. To regain its old position, Honda has now played its strongest bet. Two days ago, the company unveiled a small SUV, the Elevate. The company will now start taking reservations for this car in July and it will be launched in the market around Diwali. It looks challenging for cars like Nexon, Grand Vitara, Creta, and Seltos now that this car has arrived.

Honda has left no stone unturned with the Elevate and has packed it with features that no other vehicle can match. In Elevate, the company has given the feature of ADAS with emergency braking, which will stop the car automatically sensing any crisis. The Elevate is the first vehicle with this technology in the compact SUV market. Apart from this, the Elevate has many other features which will help Honda to get back its damaged reputation.

great ground clearance

The Elevate includes all the features of full size and compact SUVs. A large bar grille has been added to the car, giving it a powerful look. Along with this, there is a unit of sleek tail lamps on the rear. The ground clearance of the car is 4.2 meters and it is 1.62 meters high and 1.79 meters wide. Its 220 mm-or-so ground clearance is its most notable feature.

It will get a 1.5 liter petrol engine which will generate power of 121 bhp. At the same time, the car will generate torque of 150 Newton meters. The car will get the option of 6-speed manual transmission and CVT gearbox.

luxurious interior

The company provided a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system for the Elevate. Along with this, there is a TFT screen in the instrument cluster color HD which is 7 inches. Wireless Smart Integration is another feature that will make connecting to Alexa easy. At the same time, it will also get many safety features like 6 airbags, adaptive cruise control, lane watch, hill hold assist and lane keep assist. The launch date and price have not yet been published by the corporation. However, it is estimated that Elevate will cost around Rs. Will start from 8 lakhs. However, the market entry price for the top-end variant is expected to be around 15 lakhs.

electric very fast

The petrol engine of Honda City and Elevate was recently introduced by the firm. But according to the business, the electric avatar of Elevate will also be launched in the market within the next three years. If this happens then it will be a direct challenger to the Nexon EV. This will already make it a threat to the upcoming electric variant of the Creta.
