A Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) terrorist was arrested in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district on Friday. He said that Muzammil Shah, who had joined the terrorist ranks a few days ago, was arrested from Kulna forest area of Patimahalla Palmar in a joint operation by police, army and CRPF.
