Hit: The First Case Day 2 Box Office: Rajkummar Rao-Sanya Malhotra starrer sees growth, collects 2 crores

Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra starrer Hit: The First Case releases this Friday with Shabaash Mithu. The film, which is a remake of a Telugu film of the same title, stars Rajkummar Rao in a completely different avatar. The promo, trailer and teaser had mesmerized the audience and also created a hype. On the second day, looks like the film was able to capitalize on its buzz at the box office as it witnessed a growth of around 50 per cent.

Released on July 15, Hit: The First Case is directed by original director Dr Shailesh Kolanu. The film revolves around the life of a cop named Vikram (played by Rajkumar Rao), who is solving a case of kidnapping of two girls, one of whom is also his own girlfriend. However, at the same time, he has also struggled with the stress and trauma of his past.
