Hina Khan does aerial yoga in new Instagram video.
Hina Khan took to Instagram to post a stunning video while performing aerial yoga. The actress said that she is not a vampire, but feels like one.
Hina Khan continues to dominate the television industry. Time and again, she has impressed her fans not only with her acting chops but also with her fitness level. The actress likes to take things up a notch (quite literally) as seen in her latest post. This time she chose aerial yoga for her workout session. Flaunting her toned body, Hina worked her way through a cloth tied with a rope and hung upside down. While performing the difficult stunt, Hina said she felt like a ‘vampire’.
Dressed in a multicolored bralette and light gray tights, Hina pulled herself up with the help of the fabric and showed off her flexibility. She kept her caption simple and short. It read, “Not a vampire, but I feel like a vampire.” , Another wrote, “Hottie.” An Instagram user called her the “fitness queen”.

This is not the first time that the actress has stunned the internet with her workout. A few days back, the actress shared a glimpse of another aerial yoga session. Hina Khan wore a pink sports bra and printed gray tights. She kept her look natural and captioned the clip, “I could do this for hours and hours.”
This type of aerial exercise engages the core muscles and requires stamina and upper body strength to perform. This workout has myriad benefits such as deepening the stretch, releasing tension from the spine, and improving balance and breathing.
