While netizens have been speculating for a long time that Hera Pheri 3 will happen, the film’s producer Firoz Nadiadwala has now confirmed it.
Yes, you read it right. In a recent interview, Firoz Nadiadwala revealed that the audience will get to see Hera Pheri 3 with the original cast – Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty. He also confirmed that the team is currently working on the script and an official announcement will be made soon.
“You will get to see it very soon with the same star cast – Akshay ji, Paresh bhai and Sunil ji. The story is in its place, and we are working on some modalities. Keeping the innocence of the characters intact, keep it this way. We cannot take past achievements lightly. Hence, we have to be extra careful in terms of our content, story, screenplay, characters, modus operandi etc. Bollywood Hungama.
“We have shortlisted someone. We are having conversation. We will announce soon,” said the producer.

Hera Pheri was directed by Priyadarshan while the sequel of the film was directed by Neeraj Vora. In 2020, reports of Raaj Shaandilyaa being approached to direct Hera Pheri also made headlines. However, Firoz Nadiadwala has now clarified, “This is not true.”
