A case of murder of a woman in front of her children has come to light in Sagarpur police station area of ​​South-West Delhi on Thursday. This incident has been captured in CCTV. It is seen that the accused first chased the woman, then stabbed her to death. Thereafter the accused managed to escape.

Police said that they received a PCR call at Sagarpur police station in the afternoon. The man reported that a woman had been stabbed. We immediately reached the spot. The woman was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.

Police further said that a CCTV camera was installed at the spot of the incident. The footage showed that the woman was on her way home with her children. During this a man was following her. Around 2:10 pm, the accused stabbed the woman in front of her children. The woman also tried to save her life, but could not survive. After the attack, the accused fled from the spot.

The deceased woman has been identified as Aarti (30). She lived in West Sagarpur area. Both the woman and the accused were neighbours. After this the woman changed the house. However, the reasons for the murder are yet to be ascertained. At present, a case has been registered. Police are questioning people from the surrounding areas to identify and trace the accused.
