Political struggle is going on in Maharashtra for the last one week. Now the matter has reached the Supreme Court. In fact, 15 MLAs of Shiv Sena’s rebel Shinde faction have approached the Supreme Court. The MLAs have filed two petitions in the court. In these, the notice of the Deputy CM has been challenged. At the same time, the MLAs have demanded security for themselves and their families.

Why did the MLAs of the Shiden faction go to the Supreme Court
The Deputy Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly issued a notice disqualifying the rebel Shiv Sena MLAs. Shinde faction MLAs reached the Supreme Court against this notice. The rebel MLAs argue that more than 2 third members of Shiv Sena Legislature Party support us. Even after knowing this, the deputy speaker appointed the new leader of the party’s legislature party on June 21.

The legislators also raised the issue of security in the court.
In a petition, the MLAs have also raised the issue of safety of themselves and their families. The rebel MLAs say that they are getting constant threats from Shiv Sena leaders. In such a situation, he and his family are in danger of life. The other side (Shiv Sena) has not only withdrawn security from his family, but is trying to provoke party workers again and again.

The properties of some of the associates of the petitioner have also been damaged. It has been said in the petition of the MLAs that we have not given up the membership of Shiv Sena yet.
