Delhi Police had taken Bagga free from Punjab Police
Bagga was arrested by the Punjab Police from Delhi. When he was bringing him to the Mohali court in Punjab, the Haryana Police stopped the Punjab Police in Kurukshetra. Haryana Police argued that this action was taken on the message of Delhi Police. After which Delhi Police reached Kurukshetra and took Bagga with them to Delhi.

Punjab government went to HC to detain Punjab Police
When Punjab Police arrested Bagga from Delhi, a team was sent to Janakpuri police station in Delhi to give information. However, those police personnel were made to sit there. After this, the second team bringing Bagga was taken by the Haryana Police at Thanesar in Kurukshetra. In this matter, the Punjab government went to the High Court. He said that Punjab Police was detained in Delhi and Haryana. However, Delhi Police and Haryana Government have denied this.

There was drama in the police of 3 states
The Mohali Police had conducted a Delhi Raid to arrest Bagga. The Punjab Police picked up Bagga. However, his family lodged a kidnapping case with the Delhi Police. In this a search warrant was also taken from the Delhi Court. After this the team of Punjab Police left for Mohali. When Delhi Police searched for Bagga’s location, it was found in Kurukshetra. He immediately sent a search warrant to the Haryana Police. On the basis of which the Punjab Police was stopped. From there, Bagga was taken back to Delhi Police. Punjab Police’s mistake was that it did not take the arrest warrant from the court. Later, when the Mohali Court issued the arrest warrant, it was stayed by the High Court.
