Hc Allows Twolaw Colleges For Bci Inspection | Patna News – Times of India

PATNA: The Patna high court has allowed Jannayak Karpuri Thakur Vidhi Mahavidyalay at Buxar and Anugrah Memorial Law College at Gaya to submit their applications for re-inspection after fulfilling the mandatory requirement before the Bar Council of India (BCI) for getting green signal for the admission of students.
BCI, the apex regulating body, has been directed to take appropriate decision within three months regarding giving permission for taking admission of law students.
The division bench of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice S Kumar, while hearing a PIL filed by Kunal Kaushal and others, passed this order on Tuesday. It was uploaded on Wednesday. The high court granted this liberty to the two colleges as they have failed to apply for the said inspection despite the opportunity granted by the BCI earlier.
BSFC chairman asked to reply: Taking seriously the “dictatorial behaviour” of the chairman of Bihar State Financial Corporation (BSFC) to get an eatery running in its building at Fraser Road bulldozed without any authority or order from the court, the division bench of Justices Rajan Gupta and Anshuman has directed the corporation to reply within 24 hours.
The HC, while hearing a writ petition of Abhishek Anand, the proprietor of the eatery, also stayed any further action of eviction and demolition of the shop until further orders.
