Haryana’s JBT recruitment scam has reached the Punjab Haryana High Court. The High Court has given a big relief to those 60 JBT teachers, against whom there were orders to register a case. The High Court has issued a notice to the Haryana Government and has stayed the registration of FIR against the teachers. In the matter, Arun and others, while filing a petition in the High Court, said that the government has decided to register an FIR against them and has also issued its orders. Put a stop to this and the matter should be investigated.

this is the case
Let us tell you that the matter is related to the JBT recruitment in the Hooda government in 2011. The High Court had ordered the verification of documents related to the recruitment. In the Vidhan Sabha session, Chief Minister Manohar Lal had said that action should be taken against the culprits while conducting a fair investigation in the matter. In the investigation of 9500 JBT teachers recruited in 2011, the reports of 756 teachers were received by the Department of Elementary Education, out of which the reports of 60 were found suspicious.

After getting the report suspicious, the Director of Elementary Education Department issued an order to the District Elementary Education Officers to register an FIR for fraud against these teachers. But the petitioners have appealed to the High Court to stay the order of the Haryana government. After hearing the arguments of the petitioner side, the High Court, while staying the order of the Haryana government, issued a notice to the government and summoned the reply.

In the Congress Raj 2011, about 9500 JBTs were recruited. Shortly after the recruitment, complaints were made that some of the candidates who got the job had fake HTET degree. After this complaint, the department matched the HTET, thumb impression and signatures. In this, the signatures of any of the 756 and the thumb impressions of none were found. After this, samples of their fingerprints and signatures were got tested from Madhuban Lab, in which 60 reports have been found suspicious, against whom the Education Department had ordered to register cases of fraud.

Apart from this, there are 25 candidates out of 756 who have not yet given their signature and fingerprint samples to the department. For these, the department has summoned Shiksha Sadan on September 15, giving an opportunity of hearing once more. If they do not even come to this hearing, then considering their HTET as fake, there are orders to take further action.
