Chandigarh: On Thursday, two people from Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district were burnt to death in a car in Bhiwani district of Haryana after they were allegedly abducted by cow vigilantes. The relatives of the deceased have said in their complaint to the police that the people who abducted them belonged to the Bajrang Dal. “Prima facie it appears that one of the victims had cases of cow smuggling and on that suspicion some persons of the particular organization, as mentioned in the FIR, abducted, violently assaulted and possibly The bodies were disposed off in Bhiwani district.” Agency ANI quoted IG Bharatpur as saying.
Naseer (25) and Junaid alias Juna (35), both residents of Ghatmika village in Pahari tehsil in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district, were allegedly abducted on Wednesday and their bodies burnt at Loharu in Bhiwani on Thursday morning. Police said that they were informed by a villager about the burnt car. Loharu (Bhiwani) Deputy Superintendent of Police Jagat Singh said police reached the spot and found two charred bodies in the car.
Police is probing whether the vehicle was taken to Loharu, about 200 km from Bharatpur, and then set on fire.

Rajasthan police formed special team
Rajasthan Police on Friday said special teams have been formed to nab the suspects based on an FIR filed by a family in Rajasthan alleging that the deceased was abducted from the state’s Bharatpur district.
Prima facie it appears that one of the victims had cases of cow smuggling registered against him and on that suspicion some persons of the Special Organization abducted him, violently assaulted him and possibly killed him as mentioned in the FIR. Special teams have been formed to nab those named in the FIR filed by the family, who are claiming that the victims are Junaid and Nasir who were abducted. Junaid has five cases registered against him related to cow smuggling,” said IG, Bharatpur range.
Haryana Police said a case was registered at Rajasthan’s Gopalgarh police station under relevant sections, including section 365 (kidnapping or abducting with intent to confine person secretly and wrongfully) of the Indian Penal Code.
