Harmanpreet first took a few wickets from her off-spin before Melbourne Renegades thrashed Adelaide Strikers by six wickets in an unbeaten 73 off 46 balls here.

At Launceston, Deepti starred in Sydney Thunder’s 77-run victory over Hobart Hurricanes. He scored 20 off 15 balls before crafting a match-winning spell of three for 13 in four overs.
India’s opener Smriti Mandhana also added to the rich vein of her form by scoring 50 runs in the same game for the Thunder. Richa Ghosh scored just three runs for the Hurricanes.
In the match played between Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers, Shafali Verma, batting at number four, was run out for eight runs.
