Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat, Congress Legislature Party leader Pritam Singh, State Congress President Ganesh Godiyal and party leader Yashpal Arya have been summoned by the high command to Delhi.
Harish Rawat on Wednesday posted a series of cryptic tweets, expressing dissatisfaction over the way the party unit is operating and said he sometimes feels ‘time has come for them to rest’.
