Gurugram’s Kingdom of Dreams seal for non-payment of dues

Gurugram: The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSPV) has sealed Gurugram’s major tourist attraction ‘Kingdom of Dreams’ for non-payment of dues of around Rs 100 crore, an official said on Saturday.

“India’s first Live Entertainment, Theater and Leisure Center was set up on 6 acres of HSVP’s land. As per the lease, the center was owned by the Great Indian Nautanki Company and had to pay a rent of around Rs 34 lakhs every month. It was not paid for a long time and after repeated notices, the HSVP sealed it on Friday,” said Sanjeev Singla, Estate Officer-II, HSVP.
