Gurugram : After a month Body Laborers filled in sacks recovered from ditch near Pandala Hill Road, police arrested three Brothers in relation to the murder.
Police said the two accused have a criminal history and are facing charges of rape and murder in separate cases.

According to the police, the four were known to each other and used to visit each other’s houses frequently. Brothers on 9th October – Mahipal aka GurjarACP (crime) Preet Pal said that Vikram alias Laundi and Dinesh alias Desh- allegedly had a fight with Yadav over some issue and there was an enmity against him.
“During interrogation, the accused told the police that later on the night of October 9, the victim had come to their house and they all drank alcohol together. The three accused, who were upset with Yadav due to the previous dispute, took advantage of the situation and beat Yadav with sticks before strangulating him. To hide the dead body, the accused threw it in a sack and threw it into the ditch.
Police said the body was recovered on October 16 when a passerby saw the sack in the ditch. On Tuesday, the three brothers were finally arrested under sections 201 (deleting evidence of an offence or giving false information) and 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code. “The accused were produced in a local court on Wednesday, which sent the men on police remand for further questioning. We will soon recover and confiscate the weapons and vehicles used in the crime,” the ACP said.
During investigation, the police have found that two brothers, Mahipal and Vikram, are facing charges in several other cases. While a case has been registered against Mahipal in the Kherki Daula police station on charges of rape, robbery and assault, Vikram has two other cases of robbery and assault in the same police station besides another case of murder.
