Two laborers were killed and five injured when a cold storage lift collapsed in Gujarat’s Bhavnagar city on Friday.
Deputy Superintendent of Police RV Damor said that the lift of Sai Cold Storage in Chitra GIDC industrial area, carrying seven people, crashed before reaching the sixth floor.
“Two persons, identified as Jagdeep Sharma (27) and Dharhik Visnagar (23), died of severe head injuries. Five others have been injured,” the official said.
