Vadodara/Anand: Local Crime Branch (LCB) happiness Two people have been arrested for mixing chemicals and selling fake concoctions as ‘Tadi’ to people.
The chemicals used are highly hazardous and if added in excess, People can also die due to its consumption.
The accused Chiman Talpada and Tara Talpada were arrested near Raopura bus stand near Jharola in Anand’s Borsad taluka with five liters of liquid and 4.5 kg of chemicals.
A case has been registered against both under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code at Bhadran police station.
“The FSL team is further investigating the adverse effects that chemicals can have on human life. All items recovered from home confiscated,” said an officer.
