Kalla said that the notice was issued by the Director of Secondary Education on August 14, 2021 regarding the online transfer application form of grade three teachers.

All the vacant posts of grade three teachers in Rajasthan will be filled soon. Education Minister BD Kalla said on Thursday.

Responding to a question during Question Hour in the Assembly, Kalla assured the House that all 39,000 vacant posts of grade three teachers would be filled through counseling after the declaration of teacher eligibility test results.

Answering a supplementary question on transfer and posting, Kalla said that on August 14, 2021, a notice was issued by the Director of Secondary Education regarding the online transfer application form of grade three teachers.

Kalla clarified that the application is only a process and does not entail transfer.

He said that due to lack of policy decision at that time, transfers could not be done on the basis of those applications.

Kalla, while replying to a discussion on grants related to the Primary and Secondary Education Department in the Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday, said that work on the transfer policy for grade three teachers is underway and will soon be brought in the public domain.
