Government approved 6 town planning schemes in 3 cities of Gujarat. Ahmedabad News – Times of India

Ahmedabad “Chief Minister of Gujarat” Bhupendra Patel Approved a Preliminary TP Plan today – Two Final TP Plan of Ahmedabad, One Preliminary TP Plan – One Final TP Plan of Surat, One Draft TP Plan of Vadodara.
The two initial TP plans approved by Patel include TP Scheme No. 429 (Godhavi-Manipur) under AUDA in Ahmedabad and TP Scheme No. 71 (Vadod) of Surat Municipal Corporation. A draft TP plan approved by the CM is TP Scheme No. 43 (Underra-Ankodia) Vadodara Urban Development Authority,
The three final TP schemes approved by the Chief Minister include: tp letter Scheme No. 26 (Singanpur) and TP Scheme No. 4-A (Sanand) of Ahmedabad as well as Scheme No. 94 (Hathijan-Ropra).
With the approval of Draft TP Plan No. 43 of 22.18 hectares of land of Vadodara Urban Development Authority, with approval of Preliminary TP Plan No. 429 of 55.47 hectares of land of Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority and 15.83 hectares of Surat Municipal Corporation with the approval of Preliminary TP Plan No. 71 land will be acquired
By approving these town planning schemes, the Chief Minister has fulfilled the resolve of the state government to speed up the development of the cities of Gujarat.
