The cast and team of Vikas Bahl’s upcoming film ‘Alavida’ celebrated the shooting schedule with a party on the sets. The film’s star cast includes the likes of Amitabh Bachchan, Pavail Gulati and southern sensation Rashmika Mandanna. Sharing pictures from the wrap-up party with fans, lead actor Pavail posted several clicks from the crazy party but Big B’s ‘DJ’ avatar grabbed everyone’s attention. “Schedule rap! What a beautiful night with the DJ Amitabh Bachchan In the house,” read the caption shared along with the pictures.
In the first picture of the Instagram post, Pavail is seen taking blessings from Big B, while in the subsequent pictures, the actor can be seen showing off his moves on the dance floor with Rashmika.
Earlier, on June 14, Big B shared an Instagram post returning to the shooting of Goodbye. He joined the film’s crew after the COVID-19 situation improved following a rise in the number of cases in the second wave. This schedule of Alvida was filmed strictly following the COVID-19 protocol laid down by the government.
Alvida is produced under the banner of producer Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures.
The film has been in the news ever since its announcement and there has been a lot of buzz about Rashmika’s casting in the lead role. After impressing audiences in the Telugu film industry, the actress is all set to make her mark in Bollywood and will be seen in two films this year if all goes well.
Rashmika is set to make her Bollywood debut opposite Sidharth Malhotra in Mission Majnu, which will be followed by the release of Alvida.
Meanwhile, Pavail wants to build on the success of his last release Thappad. Alvida also stars actress Neena Gupta in a pivotal role.
