Popular South Korean actress Gong Hyo-jin is all set to join her fellow actor Jo Jung-suk in his much-anticipated debut music video. Jo Jung-suk is going to make his debut as a singer through the new Netflix show titled A-List to Playlist. Gong Hyo-jin will be starring in Jo Jung-suk’s debut music video (MV) as the female lead. Gong Hyo-jin’s agency Management SOOP confirmed her appearance in the show. “It is true that Gong Hyo-jin will be appearing in Jo Jung-suk’s debut music video. Further details will be revealed through the program,” reads the statement.
Gong Hyo-jin’s appearance in a music video is even more meaningful because it is her first appearance in 21 years since Lee Soo-young and Yoon Geon’s music video in 2003.

Production director (PD) Yang Jung Woo of New Journey to the West, Youth Over Flowers, and The Dictionary Of Useless Knowledge series will collaborate with Jo Jung-suk and Jung Sang Hoon for the first time in eight years since they worked together in Youth Over Flowers: Iceland.
On March 4, Netflix Korea officially announced the show and released its poster on its official social media account.
Jo Jung-suk has an acting experience of over two decades and is far renowned for his talent in cinema, television, and stage. Known for his acclaimed role in the K Drama Hospital Playlist, he sees singing as the realisation of a long-held dream. He has nurtured a passion for music for a long and is now striving to fulfil his goal of becoming a singer-songwriter, reports Soompi.
Jo Jung-suk also runs a YouTube channel titled Cheonggyesan Dog Dad.
Actress Gong Hyo-jin, 43, and Jo Jung-suk, 43, have also worked together previously. Viewers have appreciated their chemistry in the hit 2016 drama titled Don’t Dare to Dream and the 2019 action-packed film Hit-and-Run Squad.
