GoFirst Passengers Get In Heated Argument With Airline Staff Over Flight Cancellation At Goa Airport: Watch

GoFirst Airline is in trouble again with its passengers. The problem arose when a Goa-Mumbai airline flight was cancelled, causing inconvenience to passengers at the airport. The flight to Mumbai was to leave at 2:10. However, the flight did not take off and passengers were informed about the cancellation at around 2:10 am by the staff. The incident created panic among the passengers, which was followed by an aggressive argument between the airline staff and the passengers. Significantly, about 80 passengers were to travel in the flight.

The entire argument between GoFirst airline staff and passengers was caught on camera. These videos of aggressive conversation were shared on social media. One of the passengers shared the video on Twitter along with details of the incident.

In the video, the airline staff is surrounded by passengers at the airport. In the video, the passengers can be seen aggressively shouting at the airline staff. The situation escalates later, and one of the passengers can be heard saying, “Tod do sar iska” (break his head).

Meanwhile, other passengers can be heard shouting loudly demanding different facilities from the airline staff. One of the passengers can be heard asking the airline to arrange a hotel for the passengers to stay overnight till a new flight is arranged. At the same time, another passenger claims that he was promised to be taken on another flight.

Reports suggest that the passengers of the Goa-Mumbai flight were later transferred to another flight, which took off at around 6:30 am.

Significantly, changes in airline schedules are common. Schedule changes can happen for a variety of reasons, ranging from inclement weather to changes in operations. In the recent past, several flights have been canceled due to bad weather at several Indian airports including IGIA. However, there is little information about the cancellation of the Goa-Mumbai flight.
