A day before the counting of votes, BJP’s Goa election in-charge Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday said that “it is natural for the BJP and the MGP to come together to form the next government, as there are similarities in the ideology of both the parties”. The BJP has asked its MLAs to go to the party headquarters in Panaji at 4 pm on Thursday after the counting of votes is over. Fadnavis, who has already held talks with MGP to discuss a post-poll alliance, said he is also in touch with those who can join us to form the next government.
