He said that many parts of the state do not get adequate water supply, despite the BJP government repeatedly talking about providing round-the-clock water.
Similarly, Kavthankar said, the BJP failed to fulfill other promises, mainly to provide employment to the unemployed. Instead, the state is full of job scams, he said.
