Gill started the season well where he was getting good starts but could not convert them into big scores. But towards the business end of the season, he rediscovered his mojo and started batting fearlessly.

He scored three centuries in four innings last week, two of which sank the ship of Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians respectively. As he gears up for the big final in Ahmedabad on Monday, the Gujarat team management will certainly want to see him come out all guns blazing for one last time this season.
