Actress Gehana Vashisht is currently out on bail in a pornography case in which businessman and Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was also arrested. Not only this, an actress has filed a rape case against Gehna, saying that she forcibly shot a porn video. Now Gehna has said that the complainant is lying and has filed the case only because she spoke in support of Kundra. He further added that the actress continued to work with the people against whom she has filed a complaint.
Speaking to ETimes, Gehna said that after her arrest on February 4, the police confiscated her phone and laptop. A chat takes place between the two in the devices, which reveals that the actress who filed the complaint thanked her and asked her for more money. Gehna then said that the chat should be presented before the court as evidence.

She also said that the actress dubbed and promoted films, which she said were shot against her wishes. Gehna demanded that the background and behavior of the complainant should be probed.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Gehna was denied interim protection from arrest by a Mumbai court. The Mumbai Crime Branch had registered a case in February 2021 in connection with the production of adult films and broadcasting them through mobile applications to paid subscribers. Kundra and his aide Ryan Thorpe were arrested last month. He is currently in judicial custody. The court had recently rejected the anticipatory bail plea of model Sherlyn Chopra, another accused in the case.
