Video shared on Twitter by journalist Anastasia Magazova shows French TV reporter Paul Gasnier, who was in a hotel in the Ukrainian-occupied town of Druzhkivka in Donetsk province, about 200 meters behind a Russian missile.

“Oh my god, tonight the moment of the Russian attack on #Kramatorsk was captured live on French TV. I hope colleagues are ok,” tweeted Anastasia Magazova along with the clip.

The video shows the host was asking questions to Gasnier during TMC’s Quotidian program on Sunday night when the missile struck.

The reporter immediately ducked for cover while a huge explosion rang out in the background. The entire incident was caught on camera and shared on social media.

In another tweet, Magajova said the journalists were fine. His tweet has garnered nearly 2,000 likes and nearly 5 lakh views.

According to a report in The Metro, two people were injured in the attack on the ice rink in Druzhkivka.

Reports said Russian shelling in the northeastern Kharkiv region and the southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region continued throughout the night.
