Ynet reported that Moji Bain, a 41-year-old foreign resident of Tel Aviv, was accused of raping a seven-year-old girl on Sunday.
According to Ynet, Bain allegedly stripped the victim, his next-door neighbor, before raping him in her living room, with DNA evidence proving the crime. The indictment asked not to release Bain from custody because he is not a permanent resident of Israel.
