Five shops were gutted and property worth Rs 52 lakh gutted in a fire in Chakur area of Maharashtra’s Latur district. An official gave this information on Saturday. The fire broke out in Bothi Road area on Friday night and shops of three people were gutted, he said. He said that there was no report of any casualty.
Those present at the spot included Inspector Balaji Mohite, Deputy Tehsildar Balaji Chitale and Talathi Navnath Khandade.
