Tiger ST-20, ST-17 and ST-14 in Narandi area, surrounded by fire
The place where the fire broke out in the Akbarpur range is a tiger nursery. There are about 25 tigers. That is the biggest danger. There was a continuous movement of tigress ST-17 on 26 March at Narendi Anicut here. Pugmarks were found and direct sighting was also done. He also has two cubs with him. Tigers ST-20 and ST-14 are roaming in the Rotkyala forest section. In such a situation, only the existing tiger and leopard are in danger, but it is a matter of concern that the most suitable forest to increase the population of Sariska is being destroyed in the fire.

By Monday night, the fire had reached most of the forest. Nearby people were alerted to leave the place on Monday morning.
