A source said, “The tow bar was being attached to the A320 aircraft when it suddenly caught fire. The pushback tug had returned only after refueling.”
Airport fire services were dispatched to the spot. The source said the plane, which was parked a few feet away from the burning vehicle, was not damaged.
Jamnagar Flight Departed about 20 minutes late from the scheduled time. Awaiting statement from airline and airport.
